Pablo has spent 20 years building and directing projects: a decade leading HR-process automation inside large enterprises (including Airbus, CaixaBank, Jungheinrich, and IBM-group companies) and a decade co-founding and shipping product development projects alongside Carlos at asdloop. At the intersection of operations and code, he translates messy business realities into clean, buildable systems.

Carlos built his career as an independent full-stack engineer and technical lead, with 15+ years shipping software for universities, governments and companies internationally, most recently leading a developer platform that has onboarded thousands of engineers. He's deliberately pragmatic about AI: use it where it earns its place, and say so when plain code wins. At asdloop, the company he co-founded with Pablo a decade ago, he owns the technical direction and builds alongside the team.
Senior full-stack engineering & product tooling
Rinat brings 8+ years of production engineering across full-stack products, developer tooling and open-source systems. He has shipped software used by large audiences and contributed deeply to open-source infrastructure used by thousands of developers. At asdloop, he turns ambiguous workflow problems into reliable products, moving comfortably between interfaces, backend services and infrastructure.
Senior engineering, AI workflows & developer tooling
Shiv has been building with us for 4 years, with deep work in developer tooling, developer education and AI-assisted development. He has built and maintained open-source developer platforms, taught AI-assisted development in communities across countries, and helped ship Bhutan's National Digital Identity system. At asdloop, he connects systems, shapes operator-facing tools and brings AI into workflows where it improves the work rather than adding noise.
