Pablo has spent 20 years building and directing projects: a decade leading HR-process automation inside large enterprises (including Airbus, CaixaBank, Jungheinrich, and IBM-group companies) and a decade co-founding and shipping product development projects alongside Carlos at asdloop. At the intersection of operations and code, he translates messy business realities into clean, buildable systems.

Carlos has led and shipped projects with Universidad de Zaragoza, Fundación Orange and Gobierno de Aragón. He has also created developer tooling and onboarding platforms that helped thousands of developers enter the Ethereum ecosystem.
Senior full-stack engineering, Web3 & dApp tooling
Rinat brings 8+ years of production engineering across full-stack products, Web3 tooling and open-source systems. He has shipped software used by large audiences and contributed deeply across the Ethereum ecosystem. At asdloop, he turns ambiguous workflow problems into reliable products with the technical range to move from TypeScript, React and Next.js interfaces to Solidity and dApp infrastructure.
Senior engineering, AI workflows & developer tooling
Shiv has been building with us for 4 years, with deep work in developer tooling, developer education and AI-assisted development. He contributes to the Ethereum ecosystem through BuidlGuidl and Ethereum Foundation work, has taught AI and onchain development in communities across countries, and helped bring Bhutan's National Digital Identity system onto Ethereum. At asdloop, he connects systems, shapes operator-facing tools and brings AI into workflows where it improves the work rather than adding noise.
Alongside their client work at asdloop, Pablo and Carlos built, scaled, and successfully sold two of their own side businesses.
